Hillside, Trevone is available throughout the year, whether its for a short weekend break or for a longer holiday by the sea. Perfect for large gatherings of family and friends, with something in the area for everyone.
The house has just been tastefully modernised. Accommodation includes a master bedroom with en-suite shower room, one double, one twin, two single rooms and a bunk room.
Ten people can be accommodated in the permanent beds and there are two fold-out beds. There is a family bathroom, separate toilet and a downstairs shower room, handy when just in from the beach. The two single rooms and the twin room have washbasins.
Bed linen is provided. Towels are not included in the price but can be hired at a cost of £5 per person.
Ground floor accommodation includes a kitchen, dining room and sitting room with an open fire. Facilities include central heating, a washer/dryer, TV and DVD. The kitchen is well-equipped with electric cooker, microwave, coffee machine, small food mixer, iron and ironing board. There is no phone line, but most mobiles work from the top of the house.
Outside there is a small garden and patio seating area which catches a lot of sun. There is also a brick-built barbecue.
We regret that smoking is not allowed inside the house. Guests are able to take one small, well-behaved dog.

boasts several amenities: there is a pub, farm shop, church and beach shop and café. All these are within easy walking distance of the house. The Well Parc pub garden looks out over the bay, and the setting sun can be watched from the comfort of the terrace; when atmospheric conditions are right, the green dot of the sun's corona can be glimpsed as the sun dips below the horizon.
