Hillside, Trevone sleeps 10 comfortably, but could accommodate 12 with its two fold-up beds. There is also a cot and high chair for a baby.

The kitchen is well equipped with electric oven, microwave, coffee maker, electric steamer, electric whisk, toaster and large fridge. It opens out to a sunny seating area at the back of the house where there is a brick-built barbecue and loungers.

There is a separate washer and dryer next to the downstairs bathroom. The bathroom has walk-in shower, with electric towel rail, shaver point, basin and toilet.

Downstairs bedroom has double bed and built-in cupboards.

Good sized lounge with open fire and attractive marble fireplace. TV with digi-box and DVD player. Selection of paperbacks. Sofas and whicker chairs in sunny conservatory area.

Dining room with dresser, sideboard, pine table and chairs. Childrens' toys in toy box and large selection of games and jigsaws in the dresser. Upstairs, there is a main bedroom with king-size bed, pine wardrobe and en-suite bathroom with shower, toilet and sink.

Small bunk room, two single bedrooms, one with Artdeco fireplace and sea view. Both single bedrooms have hand basins. There is a family bathroom with bath, basin and toilet as well as a separate toilet.

In the upper floor there is a twin room with basin and sea views.

The house has gas-fired central heating.
